Job Title: Regional Manager Operations
Objective: The Regional Manager Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the efficiency of our operational process at the regional level.
Responsibilities include managing production, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations. This strategic leadership will contribute to the overall success of the business by improving processes, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity.Key Responsibilities:-
Production standard: Manage and optimize the ice cream and pastry production process for efficiency and quality.-
Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics and distribution of products to various locations.-
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards in both production and distribution.- Inventory Control:
Manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.-
Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient use of resources.-
Process Improvement: Implement strategies to enhance operational processes and workflows.-
Team Leadership: Lead and develop operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.-
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as production and sales, to optimize overall business operations.Qualification:-
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in operations management.-
Proven track record of driving growth and improving operational efficiency.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial planning.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
