*Job Description And Key Responsibilities
— Utilize your recent experience as a direct sales agent in a bank to identify, prospect, engage and sell our financial products to potential investors.
— Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and recommending investment strategies that align with their objectives.
— Actively promote our diverse range of investment products and services, highlighting their benefits and advantages.
— Stay current with market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and informed investment advice.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and develop effective sales strategies.
— Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently contributing to the growth of the organization.
*Qualifications
— Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or any field.
— Minimum of recent 5 years of sales experience as a sales personnel in a banking and investment finance environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the banking or financial sector.
- In-depth understanding of investment products, financial markets, and economic trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative sales approach.
