Our client, a major player in FCMG product sales and distribution is desirous of staffing a: Human Resources Manager.

Qualification: Degree/ Masters in Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management/ Public Administration or Business Administration.

Work Experiences: Must have 8- 12 years work experience as a Human Resources Manager.

Salary: 200k

Job Description:

A HR Manager, is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel. Their duties include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and onboarding new employees.

Duties and Responsibilities
HR manager duties includes; Managing hiring & onboarding, Creating overall compensation strategy, Designing employee retention strategies, Ensuring legal compliance”
Human Resources Managers set the tone for the entire human resources department. From employee relations to payroll to compliance issues, the HR department helps ensure that an organization runs smoothly, and the Human Resources Manager is at the helm. Duties and responsibilities of a Human Resources Manager include:

*Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding

*Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with companys regulations.

*Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.

*Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.

*Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

*Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
